Hybrid: Work location & Remote (3 days in office/2 days remote) * Management has the right to eliminate or change the Hybrid schedule at any time based on the operational needs of the office
Work Hours: Monday- Friday; 9-5
Normal business hours Monday-Friday 35 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work). Days/hours of the week will change if after hour/weekend work is scheduled for the upgrade and deployment. (Weekly hours will be adjusted accordingly)

CRM Dynamics Developer Human Resources (HR)Automation is an on-premises CRM Dynamics application (version 8.2) that supports the electronic management of various HR processes. While the current system has improved HR functions, it is increasingly unable to meet the evolving needs of business processes. Limitations in technology, process coverage, and integration hinder its ability to operate efficiently. Enhancing the system is essential to address these challenges and support critical HR processes effectively.
Key Challenges:
- Incomplete Process Coverage: No workflows for internal transfers or job changes.
- Limited Reporting and Integration: Poor integration with external systems like CHRMS and NYCAPs leads to fragmented data management.
- User Experience and Accessibility: The current design provides limitations on how users can process transactions more efficiently, including a lack of integrated data processes.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The proposed project involves updating the HR Automation system, an on-premises CRM Dynamics application, to address existing limitations and to create new features to support evolving business needs. The goal is to enhance the system’s ability to manage employee life cycle changes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities. Consultants will design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy various enhancements and features to modernize the system Consultants will work with the company IT, utilizing already implemented environments and tools to accomplish the following:
- Workflow Optimization and Expansion: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and optimize workflows, such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers. Develop new workflows for vacancy management, budgeting, and job changes.
- Template Creation: Create reusable templates auto-populated based on job function, title, and level for tasks like job postings, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Role-Specific Enhancements: Enhance current roles, and create new hiring manager role with tailored templates, workflows, and notifications to streamline recruitment processes.
- User Experience Improvements: Redesign the user interface and add a help feature for better usability. Implement visual dashboards and analytics to track metrics like vacancy rates, budget utilization, and approvals.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop reporting tools for requests, employees, positions, and financial data. Provide leadership-tailored reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Seamless Integration: Implement connectivity with the with external systems like CHRMS, NYCAPs, and job specifications databases. Synchronize real-time data with external platforms and integrate the companies Locator system for new hire and transfer data. Build APIs to facilitate communication between the HR Automation system and other applications.
- Enhanced Efficiency: Implement features to reduce manual data entry, such as automated workflows, data look ups and cloning capabilities
Budgeting Integration: Build a budgeting module to track position costs, vacancies, and allocations, integrated with HR workflows and financial systems.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience in implementations, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and source control systems (Git).
